Paul Berger is a licensed
Civil Engineer with over 35 years experience in the
design and construction industry. He has
managed the design and construction of
projects ranging from heavy civil works to
single family homes. Paul retired from the
US Army Corps of Engineers in 1989 and
established Paul Berger & Associates in
1995. Paul has worked directly with
owners, designers, construction contractors,
and public officials. He has developed
a unique understanding of their roles and
expectations in the development of new
projects. Through this understanding,
he has been able to organize and foster a
team approach to planning, design, and
construction of our client's projects. |
